Terms & Conditions – A Touch of Beauty

1. General Information
Welcome to A Touch of Beauty, located at 17 Union Street, Hereford. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

2. Appointments & Booking Policy

  • We do not require a deposit for bookings.

  • Appointments can be booked through our booking system.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full treatment.

 

3. Late Arrival Policy

  • We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

  • Rescheduling due to lateness will be free of charge.

 

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will require a 50% payment of the treatment cost.

  • Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or within 48 hours will require a 100% payment of the treatment cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be blacklisted from booking future appointments.

 

5. Payment Methods

  • We accept cash and card payments.

 

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before treatments.

  • Some treatments may require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the client.

 

7. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from treatments if proper consultation and patch testing have been declined or not followed.

  • Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided by their therapist.

 

10. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for appointment bookings and salon communications. We do not share your details with third parties.

 

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
